1. ProConnect Schedule A double-counting fixed: We now automatically clear duplicate mortgage interest and real estate tax entries so Schedule A isn’t double-counted during data entry in ProConnect. This prevents overstated deductions and rework when amounts also appear on home office (Form 8829) or other screens.
2. CCH Axcess Schedule E support for foreign rentals: Schedule E now accepts foreign rental properties by allowing a foreign country code when a full US address isn’t applicable. We also tightened the “Present State” field description to reduce mis-entry and downstream schema errors.
3. CCH e-file status tracking in one place: Added wrappers for CCH Elf Status services (Account, History, Reject, SchemaError) so you can pull e-file status and rejection details directly from your workspace. We also fixed response-field mappings to match the CCH API, improving reliability of status checks.
4. Drake duplicate client backup reliability: After acknowledging a duplicate SSN in Drake, the workflow now continues to retrieve the backup file for the new client automatically. This ensures your new client record always gets a backup for extraction and review.
5. New workspace analytics dashboard: A redesigned analytics view with KPIs, weekly trends, and a processing-time distribution/median chart is now front-and-center and pinned to the sidebar for faster access. Metrics are sourced from our AI insights database with safe fallbacks, improving accuracy and reducing missing-data gaps.
6. More headroom and stability under load: We right-sized database pools and capped activity concurrency across the integrations service to prevent connection exhaustion during spikes. Expect smoother CCH/Drake syncs and fewer timeouts during peak filing periods.
