From connect to export: a smoother tax prep week

1. CCH Axcess – new connect and configuration experience: Added a guided connect flow with a configuration page for office and business unit settings, with tokens securely stored and credential inputs encrypted. The app now auto-uses your active CCH connection for exports/imports and gives clear toasts if a connection is missing or successful.
2. CCH Axcess – one-click data entry and output export with better tracking: You can trigger data entry and output PDF export directly using the active CCH connection, backed by batch status polling and stronger error handling. Screens are fetched with schedules prioritized first to improve mapping accuracy.
3. ProConnect K‑1 and W‑2 validation improvements: Enhanced validation reduces import errors and downstream rejections for K‑1 and W‑2 forms in ProConnect. Expect cleaner data entry and fewer manual fixes.
4. Canopy integration – more reliable syncing: Restored webhook timestamps and work‑event processing, and fixed a content‑length issue that caused occasional sync failures. These changes make client and task updates more consistent in Canopy.
5. Tax prep workflow and workpaper UX upgrades: New v3 screens add clear loading/paused/error states, summary/advisor/review cards, and a preparer note card to streamline reviews. Workpaper quality improved with undo review, smoother scrolling, visible DMS folder names, and a “review level” column in the notes CSV export.
6. Large‑batch processing is more resilient: Improved retry logic for rate limits and transient UNKNOWN errors, plus a targeted circuit breaker that skips only truly stuck documents, keeps the rest moving. Expect fewer stalls and higher completion rates on big jobs.
