More accurate forms, smoother integrations, and turbocharged workpapers

1. Drake + ProConnect form schema updates: Drake mappings were updated: 1099‑DIV refreshed, new CLGY added, and 8862 updated for cleaner imports. ProConnect form fixes include 1040_INCOME_RRP and 1040/1098 schema refactors to reduce mapping errors.
2. One-click send to tax software: Push a prepared return directly into your tax suite with the new “Send to tax software” button. This removes manual steps and speeds up finalization.
3. Integrations stability and login streamlining: Expanded UltraTax and ProConnect support and set up a CCH sales flow; ProConnect payloads now include connectionId and logins support SMS OTP by connection. Drake queue naming and screen order were corrected for steadier automation.
4. Workpapers and preparer notes, leveled up: Interact with redesigned workpapers using a PDF highlighter and annotation tools (with eraser), and preparers can work directly in the workpaper tab. Preparer notes now support video and timestamps with improved modals and dependable saves even on approved returns.
5. Faster client deliverables: Download a combined PDF with automatic bookmarks, export CSVs that include notes, and use the new “Download client” button to package files quickly. Output documents now show a loader so you always know when files are building.
6. Performance and reliability boosts: Document processing is sturdier with just‑in‑time presigned URL fetching, improved retries and checklists, and higher external API throughput (queue concurrency now 15). The UI is snappier with reduced input lag and better search, and we fixed crashes and client errors in workpapers and across pages.
